The pressures you face do not disappear outside of your role. They are carried with you when you’re with the most important people in your life and it impacts those relationships, and if they’re not then the pressure is suppressed until it eventually impacts your health or is released inappropriately.
Here’s a new way to think… a problem is a great thing to have.
What’s great is that if you did not have a problem then you’re not experiencing growth. And it’s ok to feel challenged but if a business challenge is having an impact on your personal life, most people would agree that this is not ok.
So what makes a problem great?
It means that you want more in your business and more from yourself. Otherwise there would be no problem.
And when you want more and haven’t gotten it already that means you’ve expended the resources in your awareness and you’re on the fringe, the edge, of discovering other resources that will take you to the next level.
This is an exciting place to be.
It takes intuition to recognise a challenge you’re having and it takes courage to do something about it.
It takes self awareness to realise you’re capable of more and it takes ambition to seek your next level of success.
So be very excited that you’ve recognised the challenge and that you’re here now.
